3. How the contract is made

The products in the store are an invitation to order. By clicking the order button at checkout you make a binding offer. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email. We keep the contract text, and you receive the order details in the confirmation email.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you order. You can pay with the methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model form are in our refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee

The statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies, at least 2 years from delivery for consumers in the EU.

8. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under product liability law is not affected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Illinois, United States. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you have your habitual residence.
