Refund policy

Your right of withdrawal: 14 days

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If one order arrives in several parcels, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one.

To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by email to epsteinleo0505@proton.me, with your order number. You may use the model form at the end of this page, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the 14 days run out is enough.

What happens after you withdraw

We refund everything you paid us, including standard delivery costs (not the extra cost of a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We use the same payment method you used, free of charge. We may hold the refund until we get the goods back or you send proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. We email you the return address with our confirmation. You pay the direct cost of the return. You are only liable for loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check what they are, their features and how they work.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If a lamp arrives damaged or faulty, or it is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a few photos. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and you don't pay for the return.

Legal guarantee

Consumers in the EU have a statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery. If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or refund, under the law of your country. This policy does not limit those rights.
