Shipping policy

We ship to all 27 EU countries, and every parcel is tracked.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is €6.90. Shipping is free on orders from €89.

Delivery times

We process orders in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. When your order ships, we email you the tracking link.

Import VAT

Prices are in EUR. Some orders ship from partner warehouses outside the EU. Where import VAT is collected at checkout, you pay nothing more on delivery. If it is not, the carrier may ask you for import VAT and a handling fee before delivery. If you have questions about a specific order, write to us before you buy.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email epsteinleo0505@proton.me with your order number. We trace it with the carrier, and if it can't be found or the item is damaged, we send a new one or refund you.
